Installation Procedure
1) CUT |
A neat hole must be cut in the roofing sheet with minimum clearance for pipe. |
2) SLIDE AND APPLY |
Slide pipe flashing down over pipe, (if desired, water can be used as a lubricant). Apply a silicone sealant on underside of flange. Turning back flexible flange makes this simple. |
3) PRESS |
Press pipe flashing into contours of root panel configuration, if there is a sharp angle in the panel configuration, a blunt tool can be used to pres the flashing into place. |
4) FASTEN |
Drill and fasten flashing to surface with "Drillit" self-drilling screws or rivets. Use a blunt tool to press base into sharp corners of valleys while drilling. |
